ECOMOF 2024, the 4th ECOWAS Mining and Petroleum Forum, is a major regional event to be held in Cotonou, Benin, from 22 to 24 February 2024.. This meeting brings together key players from the mining and petroleum sectors as well as government decision-makers from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The main objective is to promote sustainable economic development by highlighting regional potential, fostering strategic partnerships and stimulating innovative investment. ECOMOF 2024 offers a unique platform for sharing experiences, debating current issues, and discussing best practices, with the expected outcome of strengthening collaborations, realising investment opportunities, and emerging strategic recommendations for the future of the extractive industries in West Africa.
